The signing of the MoU for the University of Medan Area (UMA) and the Deli Serdang Police on Monday, 19 October 2020 in the green field of the Deli Serdang Police. The signing of this MoU is in terms of increasing human resources (Human Resources) for Deli Serdang Police personnel.

The signing of the MoU was witnessed directly by the Vice Chancellor for Cooperation, Dr. Ir. H. Zulheri Noer, MP, Dean of the Faculty of Law Dr. Rizkan Zulyadi, SH, MH who was warmly welcomed by the Deli Serdang Police.

In his remarks from the delegation of the Head of the Deli Serdang Police, Kombes.Pol Yemi Mandagi, S.IK said that the collaboration between the Deli Serdang Police and the private university is a good opportunity for all members of the Deli Serdang Police who want to gain knowledge to get a bachelor by attending lectures at the University.

“This collaboration aims to improve human resources and careers for members of the Deli Serdang Police. Human resource development is a continuous effort to improve the quality of human resources in the broadest sense, through education, training and guidance,”

The signing of the MoU was carried out by the Head of Deli Serdang Police, Kombes. Pol Yemi Mandagi, S.IK with four University Chancellors including UMA Chancellor Prof. Dr. Dadan Ramdan, M.Eng, M.Sc, Panca Budi Univ Chancellor, UMSU Chancellor and UMN Chancellor and attended by the Deli Serdang Police Main Officials and witnessed by all Deli Serdang Police personnel.
